The Judiciary Residential House Lease Tender
LEASE OF ARESIDENTIAL HOUSE FOR THE JUDICIARY
TENDER NO.: JUD/019/2017-2018
The Judiciary invites sealed tenders from eligible candidates for Lease of a residential house for the Judiciary for a period of three (3) years renewable on mutual agreement between the Judiciary and the Landlord/agent on behalf of the landlord. Interested candidates may view/obtain the tender document by downloading it for free from the Judiciary’s website: www.judiciary.go.ke.
Those who download the tender document and intend to submit a bid are encouraged to submit their particulars to the Supply Chain Management Office for records and for the purpose of receiving any further tender clarifications and/or addendums. Interested bidders MUST be registered estate agents with Estate Agents Registration Board.
Prices quoted for the above tender shall be net inclusive of all taxes, must be expressed in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for one hundred and twenty (120) days from the closing date of the tender. Tenders must be accompanied by a tender security of Ksh. 50,000.00 and in the form of a guarantee from a reputable bank or an insurance company approved by the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority and payable to the Chief Registrar of the Judiciary. Prospective bidders are invited for a Pre-Bid meeting on Tuesday 5th June, 2018 at 10.00am Supreme Court Building, Second Floor, Board Room or as may be prescribed by the client.
Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the tender number and name and deposited in the Tender Box provided at the Main gate, Supreme Court entrance, City Hall Way, Nairobi or be addressed and posted to:

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend at the Boardroom Room located at the 2nd floor, Room, 74 Supreme Court Building or as may be prescribed by the client.
