The Kenya Ports Authority Retirement Benefits Scheme 2012 invites tenders from eligible bidders who are technically and financially capable of carrying out the under mentioned Tender:
- TENDER NO. KPARBS2012/PRMS/01/2018 EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR SETTING UP AND MANAGING A POST RETIREMENT MEDICAL SCHEME
- SUBMISSION DEADLINE: 10:00 HOURS ON FRIDAY, 8th JUNE 2018
Tender documents with detailed specifications and conditions are available from the office of the Pension Administrator, at the 7th Floor, Cannon Towers I, Moi Avenue, Mombasa, from Monday to Friday at 0800 – 1600 hours, upon payment of non-refundable fee of Kshs. 1,000.00 (inclusive of VAT) per tender document in the form of banker’s cheque or cash payable to Kenya Ports Authority Retirement Benefits Scheme 2012.
Adequacy of qualification and responsiveness will be determined through Technical and Financial evaluation as detailed in the instructions to tenderers. All enquiries during the tender period will be dealt with through the Pension Administrator, Kenya Ports Authority Retirement Benefits Scheme 2012, Mombasa, these being addressed in writing through P.O. Box 1019 Code 80100, Tel 254 – (0) 41-2313460/1, or by E-mail address: CKodo@kpa.co.ke Completed tender documents must be received by the Scheme at the address below not later than FRIDAY 8th JUNE 2018 at 1000 hours in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked as follows:
“DO NOT OPEN BEFORE FRIDAY 8th JUNE 2018 AT 1000 HOURS.”

Alternatively, completed tenders may be deposited in the KPA Retirements Benefits Scheme 2012 Tender Box located at the Scheme Offices at Cannon Towers I (Old Block), on the 7th Floor by FRIDAY, 8th JUNE 2018 before 10:00 hours. Opening of tenders will be done publicly thereafter at the KPA Pension Scheme Boardroom situated at the Cannon Towers I (Old Block), on the 7th Floor, and tenderers or their representatives are invited to attend. The KPA Retirements Benefits Scheme 2012 reserves the right to accept or reject any tender in whole or in part and does not bind itself to give reasons for its decision.
Canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification of the tender.
