National Police Service & Kenya Prisons Service Group Life Insurance Cover Tenders
The National Police Service invites sealed tenders from eligible candidates for the following services:
NPS/IG/001/2018-2020 Provision of Comprehensive group life Insurance cover for The National Police Service and Kenya Prisons Service
Closing Date: Monday 23rd July, 2018 at 10AM EAT
Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information from the Supply Chain Management Office at National Police Service Headquarters, Jogoo House A, along Taifa road, off – Harambee Avenue Third Floor Room 357 during normal working hours from 8.00am-12.30pm and 2.30pm to 5.00pm.
A complete set of tender documents may be downloaded by interested candidates free of charge from both the National Police Service website: http://www.nationalpolice.go.ke , and/or the National Treasury Supplier portal: https/supplier.treasury.go.ke
Prices quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and shall be in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for 150 days from the closing date of the tender. Duly completed tender documents accompanied by a bid security in the form and amount specified in the tender document should be submitted in plain sealed outer envelopes enclosing separately sealed(in ‘original’ and ‘copy’) clearly marked Tender No. NPS/IG/001/2018-2020 – Provision of Comprehensive group life Insurance cover for The National Police Service and Kenya Prisons Service and shall be addressed to:-

and be deposited in the Tender Box at National Police Service Headquarters Tender Box on Ground Floor, so as to be received on or before Monday 23rd July, 2018 at 10.00 am East African Time. Tenders will be closed and opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at Jogoo House ‘A’ 4th Floor IG’s Boardroom, Room 429.
NB: Only Insurance companies registered with Insurance Regulatory Authority (IRA) to underwrite Group Life insurance covers are eligible to participate.
The Government reserves the right to accept or reject any tender and may annul the tendering process and reject all tenders at any time prior to contract award without thereby incurring any liability to the affected tenderer or tenderers
